安順煤礦：查漏補缺夯實內部市場化建設

8月25日，安順煤礦組織各部室、區隊“三化”管理員召開內部市場化例會，認真分析7月份內部市場化運營情況，找出差距和不足，對下一步如何提高經營質量提出具體的管控措施、管控方案。

?“在市場化工作中，需要我們企管部解決的困難在哪里，你認為怎樣做，才能更有效的開展市場化工作？”這是本次內部市場化例會上，出現頻率最高的一句話。聯系實際，查漏補缺，深入推行內部市場化改革，是該礦一直以來努力的方向。

?會上解決了各基層單位有關信息管理、市場運行、考核管理等方面存在的問題，并針對專業市場運行和實現三級核算信息化管理進行深入討論，一方面確保區隊市場化建設和礦井方向保持一致，另一方面有效促使專業市場運行效果得到顯著提升。
