冀中能源峰峰集團萬年礦三采區工會抓好“群眾工作室”保穩定

3月份以來，萬年礦三采區工會不斷改進和完善“群眾工作室”制度，擴大影響力，在各班組中，由職工選出2名群眾工作負責人，負責全面掌握班組人員的思想動態，及時反映和消除不穩定因素，進一步形成了覆蓋全區，細化到人的群眾工作網絡。通過及時了解職工的思想狀況，糾正職工的不安全思想，定期進行談心和家訪工作，確保了區隊的穩定發展。（索曉）
